In my opinion for years now samsung has not been able to catch up with stock android that google uses for pixel devices and the reason for me is a very classic issue in samsung mobile devices. Existence of useless forced installed applications, such as 'Samsung News' that not only they are not available in many cases, it is also impossible to "disable" let alone uninstall them!
