Samsung used a 100mp 4 years ago, upgraded to a 200mp 2 years ago. Idoubt they need to upgrade the hardware further for now they will probably upgrade the ai camera software

Megapixels don't mean anything if the sensor size is small. Samsung could put a 400 megapixel camera but it won't make a difference if they still use the same tiny sensor they've been using since the s21 ultra

What will actually make a difference is they get a larger sensor like a 1 inch sensor which brands like xaomi and other Chinese brands are using
