i need to copy it on pendrive and put to usb slot in monitor  and what next ?

You extract the .bin file to the pendrive, no other files may be on it. After this, you insert it into the monitor and go to the monitor's settings > Support > Software update.

While the monitor is doing the update, it will restart a few times until it is finished.

You already have the latest version available for your monitor. At the moment there is no newer versions.
