Hi guys.

I bought a G5 monitor but can't seem to find a firmware update file.

Mine says model C32G53TQBU and M-T5500GCZA-1000.2

Can anybody help? Thanks a lot

Hi,

I'll add mine to the list because I have some monitor problems and haven't found my model in all the replies. Hope I can be helped. Can't find any firmware downloads for it.

Monitor is doing randomly flickering (with black screen) when playing ps5. Any suggestion on what could causing this ?

Hi @PPericleous!

Hard to say exactly what is causing the problem. First, we recommend that you check that the HDMI cable is properly seated at both ends. Also, you can try with a different cable to see if that would fix the problem.

If none of this helps, we recommend that you try resetting the monitor, which you can do via the monitor's settings > System > Reset all.

its not consistent so i cant do a proper troubleshooting. Happen before 2 months then i changed the hdmi and i though is fixed, then happen yesterday. I disable the HDCP and did a 3 hr session after that without problem. But i cant say its resolved. I think is related with hz the monitor is expecting compare to what it gets. Since Ps5 is not supporting vrr for hdmi 2.0 i have it disable both in ps5 and monitor. But with this monitor if its disable is asking you to select hz.
