Just got this email and thought it'll be helpful for others whos experienced erros with their s25 care.
"Dear Samsung Customer,
Further to our email sent last week regarding a technical issue with your Samsung Care Plus.
Our technical team have been able to update your account and your SC+ has been successfully registered and has not been cancelled.
As per the T and C's of the Samsung Care Plus promotion you will receive the first 3 months free. You will receive an email to add payment details after the 3 months and you will need to update your payment details if you wish to continue cover.
Please accept our apologies regarding this confusion.
