Why is the Samsung Bluetooth such a short range. I have a Samsung S9 Ultra and the range of the Bluetooth is about 12 feet. My wife has an iPad and her range is about 40 feet. Am I doing something wrong, or is this Samsung and it's PAN.

I haven't had any problems with Bluetooth. S23U, S24U, S25u all work fine. My workplace is 600m2 and when I move around there, the connection between the watch and the phone never drops.

The S9 Ultra i believe is Bluetooth class 5.3 so the range should be up to 800ft (230m) in perfect conditions but this will be affected by several factors including obstacles, interference, battery level, weather, the device connected and the antenna.

What device is being connected to the S9 Ultra?
