S22 Ultra not switching off

Hey every one.

I recently bought a Samsung s22 ultra. But it has developed a problem of not switching off or powering it down. Can you help me please.

Press power button and volume button down same time and hold ut until you see the samsung logo on the screen

Hi!

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Galaxy S22 Ultra.

If you haven't changed so that the side button works as a power button. So you can do it via the settings > Advanced features > Side button. Here you can set the button to function as a power button. Then you will be able to hold down the side button to turn off the phone.

If this doesn't work, you can restart the phone by holding down the side button and the volume down button at the same time until you see the Samsung logo.
