S21 Fe 5G noise suppression in phone calls

Others can't hear what music I'm playing. I can hear their background music/noise but they can't hear mine. 

It's a problem when tryina show each other music we're working on.

I see that some other Galaxy phones have a noise suppression option in call settings but my phone doesn't. There's noise suppression on this phone and it is always on overdrive. 

Last straw was when they said "your phone cancels out everything but your voice, I can't hear your guitar"

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Your model does not have the noise suppression function, but your phone uses an AI to hide background noise. Unfortunately, you cannot turn this off. If you feel that this function muffles the background sound too much. We recommend that you create an error report and send it to us. This way our technicians can check the logs and diagnostics to try to figure out what the problem might be.

You can create a error report like this: Samsung Members > Support > Error report.

Hey, I'm having the same problem as OP. Really aggressive noise suppression, sometimes I feel like I have to shout on calls just so that the other person can understand me. Surely there's a way to turn this off on Galaxy A14 now, 6 months later?

Mine is reverse the other only can hear the background voice but they can't hear my voice my phone model is a52s i read in the other websites there is features for that but i cant find it where does anyone know about that?
