Hello guys, how can I restore/recover my music after reset factory. I did not see the option "back up my music" when I was about to take a back up before reset factory.
If you've already factory reset your phone, your music will already be gone and you won't be able to restore them if you didn't include them in the backup. Samsung Smart switch on the computer should be able to back up music. So if you haven't reset your phone yet, you can do it via your computer by downloading our program here:
