Since the one ui 4.0 I got a lot of bugs with the buttons on quick panel they just don't work I need to go go to setting just to turn on my data 🥲 I need always too restart my phone too make it working again. Even after cleaning the cache partition. I have a note 10 lite

I had the same issue. I did clear the cache from the media and devices app. Also did I set the battery usage to unrestricted (maybe not needed).
How to find the media and devices app?
Go to my files - > analyse storage - > apps - > show system apps - > media and devices.

You can do a do a full factory reset.

If the problems persist, then it's probably a software bug and you can report it via your Samsung Members app as Error Report so the developers can investigate it
