Samsung has reportedly confirmed to the Wireless Power Consoritum that "The exceptional Qi2 growth story will continue in 2025. You can expect to see Android devices supporting Qi2 from Samsung Galaxy devices in 2025."

It seems a few manufacturers are opting for official cases with magnets, but upping the wireless charging speed to 25w so when combined, qualify for the full Qi2 standard.

Seems the S25 series will be taking this approach

Personally I avoided wireless charging, very inefficient lots lost in heat, I had a few wireless pads, one a remote control stand, in each car but hate using them for the same reason.

Wireless charging has suffered from inefficiency/slow charging but advancements being made. Hopes for it to take over from wired charging at some point we will see though.
