After registering a couple of A04s phones the Samsung registration page states:
"Additional services are limited for products not purchased in your current location. Please check for the country location of purchase"
What does this mean? What additional services are they referring to? I bought the phones in the UK (via Amazon).

So, the phones presumably were originally sourced by the seller outside the UK.

Yes @Rob99uk some resellers source what's known as grey imports.
You can normally tell by looking for the csc of the phone.
It's found in About Phone and is the last 3 alphabetical letters in Software Information > Service Provider Software Information.
Mine is EUX.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

From having a quick look online, this country code seems to be for Nigeria, which explains the limitations on the device within the UK.

Thanks for the confirmation. I contacted the seller and have now returned both phones and will source them again from a "legit" UK supplier (e.g. Currys)
