Following a claim yesterday that the issues were fixed, EE and BT have now acknowledged that they're still "experiencing some voice call issues today". They added that they're "working to resolve this is as soon as possible", but haven't yet offered a timeframe.
The issues first started at around 11am BST on July 24, with EE and Vodafone (alongside BT landlines) showing significant spikes in reports on Downdetector. As of Friday July 25, reports on all networks lower, but have risen to about half of yesterday's levels

Seems whilst not as severe a number stikl having issues, I have been using an MVNO that uses EE's infrastructure lately but no apparent problems the past few days.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
