Philips hue with 65" Q70C syncing issue

Would anyone be able to help me with philips hue syncing on said TV?
I believe I checked that everything is compatible. The TV should be compatible since the hue app is available for puchase in the app store. I also bought the bridge and play light bars to test it out, but the light bars do not sync with the content.

Based on my investigation it should be quite straightforward to set up, but for some reason I can't get it to work.
I've downloaded the mobile app, set up the room, downloaded TV app and am able to control intensity and brightness from the TV app, but even when the syncing thing is on (the mobile app also says it's synced) the lights don't change. Left one is greenish and right one is blueish without any change.

Any ideas on how I could get this to work?

Hi @Emmi S , thanks, I was hoping that someone might be able to help if they've used the products together.
I did however just now figure out a fix for this.
There was nothing wrong with my setup.
I ran the device care and after it was done freeing space and memory the hue lights started syncing properly.
Hopefully this also helps anyone else who ends up having issues later.

Hello @Drafty

This forum is for Samsung products, but I will leave your question here. Maybe someone knows some tricks to try 😊
