The customer service is insanely bad. No one seems to know what is happening. Often get contradicting info from whatsapp/Live chat & phone. I paid for a product galaxy book 3 - 2 months ago and now they are saying out of stock and might be anothee 2 months. No compensation and no apology. CS really letting down Saamsung and reason they will never be popular in Nordic region.

My order is delayed for more than 2months. I order TV during Thanksgiving 2024. Ordering through samsung website is not advaisable.
