Samsung s23 ultra order delay

• I have placed my order on 25 of march and was promised to be delivered in 3-5 working days for the s23 ultra I have no info on the shipping and the customer care keeps saying they have no information and I must wait!!!
• Doesnt make any sense

Did you pick an online exclusive color?

It can depend on various things, but as asked before if it is a exclusive color (sold online on samsung.com) the delivery time should be stated when you bought it, and its usually weeks not days.
