Sweden won't but Germany will. Sweden is never part of the beta

Germany can already sign up for the beta. There should be ways to get the beta, like changing the CSC to Germany(DBT I think) and then sign up in the Members app.

Sweden has never been part of beta program it's just how samsung decided.

Right now there is no release date yet since it's under beta testing on s23 series. But I would say release maybe will be around October-December

Very sad. Is there anyway to switch to germany CSC without wiping data?

I don't think so.
I was in Netherlands last year and they got the beta but Sweden is not part of it.
I guess even if you can csc it wont come as your device will be be registered in the server as german device.
