No Kvittering or faktura or receipt

Hi,
I recently bought a new phone directly from Samsung Norway website. The phone arrived without any official purchase receipt. I tried to get one from my Samsung account but to my surprise I couldn't find it anywhere. I tried customer support and they just resend me the order confirmation email. But that email is not a receipt. I need the receipt to give to expense it to get the money for my purchase. An order confirmation email won't work. 

I have never encountered something like this before. Everything that I bought from other retailers comes with an official receipt. 

Is it a common problem? How can I get the receipt? Anyone else facing similar situation? How is it possible that I bought something and it comes without a receipt?

Did you get it in the mail when you ordered? I feel Samsung customer service is bad and you need to be up their ar*e. Probably contacted them 10-15 times to get the right price when I ordered the tab s9 ultra. And then the payment of 30 days on Klarna wasnt working so had to cash it asap to avoid more struggle. 😬

I got an email that is more of an order delivery email. No invoice came in the in email or with the product. I am also experiencing that their customer service is slow and inefficient. I am giving them the benefit of doubt as it is holiday period. I have raised the issue, will keep following up on it.

For some companies order confirmation counts as a recipt. 2nd alternative is to look for a mail about order is sent and that mail may count as receipt.
