I have both auto-off and eco-off timers disabled, so that can't be the reason.
I've had this monitor for less than 48 hours. The monitor's Firmware ver. is: M-B4000GCZA-1008.1.
I've attached an image of how the turn off message looks like.
Please tell me how to stop the monitor from doing this. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for the response,
I'm guessing these suggestions came from this thread?
https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/computers-it/off-timer-cannot-be-disabled-on-samsung-ls34j550wq/...
If so, yes, I'm now trying the suggestion #2, which is enabling then disabling the aforementioned settings. Bear in mind that there's no evidence that either suggestions do work. It's only the word of forum users. It's not an official fix.

Well, so far, I've not experienced this problem again after applying solution #2. But I will report back here if the problem return.
Thanks for your help.

I wanted to wait until I make sure the problem is gone before I consider it solved. But 3 weeks later and I haven't experienced it once, so it's fair to say that it's resolved now. Thanks.
