Need most recent firmware for Samsung Odyssey G5 LC27G55TQWRXXU

The product page tells me that there was a new firmware released a few months ago, but when I try to upgrade my monitor it tells me that there is no firmware found.  I have followed the instructions properly, using a FAT32 formatted USB stick.  Can someone post the most recent firmware for my monitor here so I can be sure I'm downloading the right one?  Thanks.

Hello @cyberpunkgothic According to samsung website you have the latest firmware, what I can see on your screenshot. Where did you read that there was an update?

This is the product support page for my monitor, and the downloads section has a firmware update dated last month.

The modelnumber you provided in the link aren't the same as on your monitor, your product page should be https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LC27G55TQWRXXU/#downloads

And on that page it says you have the latest firmware 1009.1

The method used is correct. Make sure to rename the firmware when placing it on the flash drive in the correct format،For example coordination،jar.tar,gz,TGZ,xml,......Make sure you write the appropriate format.

You already have the latest firmware installed on your monitor. There is no newer version at this time. When a new version becomes available, you will be able to find the new version here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LC27G55TQWRXXU/#downloads

Hello is there any way how to back to older firmware version? Like first one ?my odysse g5 27 accepts 4k outputs , this is make many problems on my pc , im looking for firmware version for 1440p support only becose im on 1440p monitor

Unfortunately, it is not possible to go back to a previous firmware version. If you experience problems with your monitor, we recommend that you try a different HDMI cable and try resetting the settings on the monitor. If you have tried this and there is still a problem, we recommend that you get in touch with our Customer Support for further assistance. Not sure which country you are in:
