First time poster, hello there.

As of November 1 at 00:01 my Samsung s22 Ultra no longer has any connect nor coverage to any network other than wifi.

I've changed my SIM to eSIM, tried a data SIM and a whole other SIM from another carrier that works perfect on my other phone. But when the SIM is placed in this phone it gets no connection or coverage for data on voice.

Restart, hard restart and connection resets done.

Do I have to reset the whole phone?

Hi @Nhodjin!

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Galaxy S22 Ultra.

In this case, we recommend that you reset the APN settings. Which you do via settings > Connection > Mobile network > Access point name > 3 Dots at the top right > Reset to Default. After this, restart the phone.

Should the problem remain after this, we recommend that you back up the phone and then factory reset it to rule out software errors.

Hello! The issue did not clear up after reset nor the connection reset. I've contacted my carrier since the issue has evolved into: sometimes everything works fine, sometimes all form of coverage just go poff. It has to be a network issue after all.

Thank you for the response & your time 😁
