I'm sure a lot of you already know this, but I think this is a cute little Easter egg by Samsung.
Open the Phone app, call *#0*#. It will then bring up a menu; tap on "Sensors," then "Image test."
Here you'll find an image of this little guy.
*For the menu to work, you have to turn off "auto blocker" in Settings > Security and privacy.
*Please note: if you click on the other options and can't go back, just click the volume up key to go backward, and then swipe out of the application.
