Fingerprintreader issue

Apparently alot of samsung moblie phones has got an issue with the fingerprintreader not reading the fingerprint most of the time.

Samsung is not fixing this issue .. their strategy is to blame it on screenprotectors, heat/cold, greasy fingers and so on.

It is clear that it is a hardware issue .. 

The question is : what sort of company sells a faulty item and does nothing to fix it ..

Got any proof it is hardware issue? S series uses ultra sonic fingerprint reader and that needs screen protector that is suitable for the reader. Usually budget and cheap glas ones won't work well with fingerprint reader, reader itself has no problems.

The reader reads your finger different towards one that sists on the back or on power button. Since ultrasonic sends out waves that forms after finger print and bounces back to the reader to capture your fingerprint. While other readers would not do that, so this is what makes some screen protector being a fault since the waves being blocked by the screen protector causing it to fail to capture your fingerprint.

I got problems with screen protectors, not using glass ones. Plastic is better, also for curved screens. I had some problems but it was the screen protectors fault. I got some good ones that works with the fingerprint reader, but Im not using any now.

And the budget ones works awesome. 3-5 pack cost 10-20 dollars. ✌️
