I can't seem to activate my disney+ boost for the QR code... I can't get to that part.. what am I doing wrong? Thanks

It should be just a case of following the prompt in the Samsung Boost site @Funkymumzy 

Try clearing your browsers cookies and history etc.

Please perform a forum search and you'll find lots of existing threads in regards to Disney+ which may hold some tips too.

I have read the forums and they are having the same problems.. I will look again later at the reply above.. I appreciate your answer. Hopefully its not expired as I could really do with that offer..right now. Thanks again for the replies.

Same error here.  I log into Samsung Members or Samsung website, then I click on redeem, and it either gets stuck in a loop telling me to log in, or I get a 

"code" 500 "message" "Internal Server Error" 

Same on Samsung Internet or Google Chrome.

Or it will say "You have an old version of Samsung Account" . . 

 

Go to Galaxy Store....  up to date . .
