I recieved a year of free subscription with my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra @Richy951811 

However my son pays for Disney+ with no issues.

You may need to speak with your bank or whoever you chose to pay through to make sure they are not blocking your payments.

I wouldn't think it's a Gmail problem but instead an issue with your bank card etc that you chose to pay with.

Or do you mean Google Pay / Google Wallet  ?

No its google pay or Google wallet and Google wallet you might right cuz It says the bank card isn't paying the subscription.
