My boost code for free year of Disney is telling me its already redemmed when it wasn't.. Samsung support is shocking and no help.. Any ideas?

- Which country are you based in? (I'm guessing Ireland by your username, but I want to make sure.)
- Which device were you using?
- Which retailer/network did you purchase the device from?
- Which web browser were you using? Do you get the same result after clearing the browser cache/cookies or trying another browser?

- Which Samsung Support channel(s) have you been in touch with already? And what have they advised you?
