Direct messages

Does anyone know how the direct messages feature work. I have a couple of ongoing direct messages but the app says there are none.

Öppna applikationen Samsung Members - Klicka på Community - Klicka på profilbilden, ikonen och namnet, Direct massage - Längst ner på skärmen finns en blå skuggad penna, klicka och välj direktmeddelandet, meddelandet kommer att vara synligt för alla

Men det är för att skapa ett nytt. Jag pratar om de gamla, de fortfarande syns inte.

I also reported this, since I'm also having empty PM/DM messages list on members app. It works fine if you visit maim website forum there you can read the messages.

I see, I noticed too that it works fine to see sent messages if you visit the community on samsung.com, but not in the Members app. I will take this further within Samsung!

No seems like its an app issue, I hope it can be fixed soon. Meanwhile we need to use the .com version to see sent messages 😁
