Looks like a issue at googles end than on yours. Either their server isn't handling the request within a time so it fails and you get this page. So you cannot do anything on your end except for maybe reporting it to google
Try samsung browser instead of Google and see if issue remains and also try Microsoft edge that is based on chromium to see if problems happen there too.
Do you get the same error in the browsers incognito/private tab?
Do you have the same error when using wifi and mobile data?
Do you use vpn or some kind or adblocker app?
Do you use custom dns?
Do you have a pihole as your local dns server?
Is you wifi router properly connected? Withe the wan port connected to the Internet? (A colleague to mine had connected his Internet to one of the routers lan ports and things were a bit random).
