Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and I'm having trouble getting it to connect to my Samsung Galaxy S21 5G phone via the Galaxy Wearable.
The watch keeps showing a "disconnected" status, and despite trying various troubleshooting steps such as app restarts, reinstallation, cache clearing, and following online guides, the issue persists.
I've even gone as far as performing a factory reset on both devices, but the problem remains. I would greatly appreciate any insights, advice, or solutions that anyone could provide to help resolve this connectivity problem.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

As I can see you have tried the most but i found this guide, see if you have tried everything in it.

Have you checked so you have the latest updates on watch and wearble app?
and then a stupid question, do you choose the right model when connecting the watch?
I accidentally choose the wrong model ( Bluetooth) when i have the LTE version and got connection problem with my galaxy watch 4
if the problem persists then I would recommend you to contact https://www.samsung.com/se/support/contact/ to see if they could help you

Thank you for sharing the troubleshooting guide and your experience. It's possible that the issue may be related to the latest update on my phone!
I will try to connect my Galaxy Watch 6 with my older Samsung Galaxy S9 to determine if the problem is specific to my S21 5G or not.
My watch model with both LTE and Bluetooth capabilities (SM-R945F).

If not my suggestion is that you contact Samsung support and give them feedback about the problem and await a update to fix the problem.
