Changing ROM a31 from 12 to 10

Hello friends, I was installing an Android 10 ROM yesterday, but it failed. Today, the phone has finished charging, and when I charge it, it goes to downloading mod and turns off, and this repeats itself. For now, I can only use the download mod, what should I do to charge the phone sufficiently and try installing the ROM?

You can't downgrade a stock ROM from higher version. That will brick the phone and you have to re-flash Android 12 again. But why do you want to go back to Android 10?

When a device gets stuck in an update mode, we always recommend that you visit the nearest service workshop for further assistance from an on-site service technician.

You can then turn directly to an authorized service workshop or to a reseller who offer service to some extent.
