Cannot see my care+ subscriptions

Received an email about my care+ subscription renewal but contains no details of the device it is for. I have two policies so would like to check which one it is. I grief clicking the link in email (https://shop.samsung.com/uk/mypage/subscriptions) but that shows nothing and loving into my Samsung account does not provide me any option to view my current policies. 

Is there anyway to view the active policies?

Hi! Go to Settings- scroll to the bottom- About- look at the bottom it should say samsung care with a date.

I have it on a watch and phone. So I can see the phone via that but no such option on the watch

If you log into you Samsung account and check under registered products it should tell you warranty and more.

You can also go to members app > support > my products

Just shows my phone which had cover but free for a few months and is 7.99. The email mentions 4.49

Support have gone new am email address for the insurance coolant to try them. Shocking that the cover is hidden so well. Like they don't want you to use it
