Greetings:
I can not log in into my other account (Had to make a new one to get help).
I can not remember the password of my other account, so I asked a reset.
ALAS, I was sent a confirmation mail to reset my password ... but the mail never arrived in my mailbox.
I looked on the Samsung Website for a support email address, but none there.
Looked for an on-website mail system, not there.
What do I do now, please?
As my Samsung Phone is registered to that account ... , so I can not afford to loose it ... .

Issue:
I am slightly totally deaf ... . 😞
Hence I need another way ... .
Now, they sent me a Password Reset mail.
THAT was not a security issue.
So, why is MAILING them a security issue, all of the sudden?
The logic eludes me there.
Is there a way to contact them by writing, please?

I have the same problem: I log in from the homepage, do username, pass, 2FA, then the screen goes blank.
