Yes, 100% either way not good for us end users, typical UK we get rogered, sadly times indeed, wonder if we all need to pull out of the cloud and back to encrypted SSD.

I never use the cloud... I'd rather have more memory on my devices, nievely or not. 😊

Most data if not all goes through some Cloud service, so no escape, does make Samsung AI on device personal engine more interesting 🤔

Welp, at least Samsung still has it. Plus your Google backups are end to end encrypted too using your phone lock screen code. Modern samsungs also use knox matrix for the same level of encryption
