Social Engineering attacks are becoming more sophistcated and powerful due to AI, worrying research shows that most cannot identify them. Younger workers are more susceptible to phishing attacks according to data from Yubico.

Overall when presented with a phishing email aided by AI 54% thought it was authentic and less than half are using Multi Factor Authentication.

This is why passkeys and security keys are important. Get one/use your phone as one wherever you can. You cannot phish a passkey.

Hi @Iky2025, and welcome to the Samsung UK & Ireland Community 😀

That's not an email address I personally recognise, are you able to upload a screenshot of the email itself (minus any personal information), so that I can have a proper look at it?

To upload a photo while on a PC, select the camera icon at the top of the message box, as highlighted below, select CHOOSE FILES, select your photo, and then press DONE when it's uploaded.upload.png

If you're on mobile, use the plus symbol to upload photos from your camera or Gallery.
