A bug in Samsung Cloud backup (for apps)

Can someone who has turned on backing up their mobile to samsung cloud confirm backups are working correctly.
 
All three samsung phones in our family (S21, A51, A50) fails to backup apps to the cloud (get stuck around 90%). But call history, SMS etc are properly backed up. There is no error notification, but error is displayed when we go to "Accounts and backups -> Samsung Cloud -> Backup data".

Hmm its hard to tell why it happens 🤔 In your case I would contact support since it can be many reasons why it gets stuck when backing up. Here you have contact info to our support:
