I have numerous videos stored but the Samsung Video app says I have zero videos. I have tried clearing the video apps cache and its data but still shows no videos. They are still in the same folder on both my internal and external storage as they were on Android 9
Hi, yeah I saw that a few people have this issue too and I did send a beta feedback via members early hours this morning. Currently I am able to access my videos via camera and gallery app. Thank you for your reply.
