If you keep noticing this issue, please report it via the Members application.
To make the process even faster, it would be great if you could take your devices to one of our authorized Samsung Centers.
In the meantime, please make sure not to place your devices in sunlight, close all apps running in the background and try to avoid multitasking needs.
