Batery charged status stuck on enabled

the battery charged status is still enabled on the display even though I turned it off it's a new setting I turned it off when i installed the beta as i don't like any always on status messages due to screen burn issues after I charged my device it appeared again even though I checked settings it was disabled i turned it on and off and it seems to be off now but I think a restart may have self activated it so keep checking.

I thought I would try the on off as usually bugs like this get resolved when stuck but if its something that has a pattern like a restart i will report!
