app disappeared from device then get error

Before i install One ui 3 beta, i had an app called Money Lover and it was working fine but when i installed One ui 3 beta the app disappeared from my apps list then when i tried to install it again from the play store it shows the error below

Is this a common error

Android 11 doesn't want you to love money anymore. Money is only for Google 😂😂
Just downloaded and deems to be working okay 👌

Some third-party applications might have compatibility issues during Beta. However, you can try to report the problem via the Members application, maybe there is something our developers can do to fix the problem!

the beta 2 didn't fix this app either and i can't find any folders/files in the Android admin folder
