Have you tried to clear cache of your Samsung Keyboard app and reset your phone? Does this problem occur only when using the Members app? If yes, then you can clear cache of this application, too. Also, please check if there are any updates of the applications available.
I've seen that other users have also noticed the issue with stutters in animations when opening apps and multitasking section on their devices 😥. Hopefully it will be quickly fixed!
