Android 9 - smart switch

Has anyone tried going back to Android 9 using smart switch on the PC since the stable Android 10 was released?

Don't  think I've used smart switch to go back before - does it give any option of what it'll download or does it automatically go to the latest?

Any ideas where I can download Android 9 if smart switch doesn't offer it.
