Unable to use Samsung wallet in beta

I know google Pay doesn't work on betas, but Samsung Pay used to work fine on previous Samsung beta programs. This time, I can't get Samsung pay to register a card. It gets stuck on the "Billing Address" page. I click next and nothing happens. Is this expected?

Samsung Wallet is having server side issues at the moment with adding payment cards. Happening on the non beta firmware too.

In this situation, the best thing to do is to report the problem in the Samsung Members app > Error report, so that our developers can take a closer look at it.

I managed to get the cards to register after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. But, Unfortunately, Samsung pay seems to work but it doesn't. I tried paying at a store today, it failed. I put my fingerprint on the app, it shows the card with the countdown, but when you touch the phone to the card machine, it does a failure sound and shows the fingerprint button again.... I tried all my cards, all failed.
