As of a few days ago, my S23 Ultra has started freezing, then restarting randomly every few hours. It started before I installed beta 4, but had continued since. After many weeks of using the beta without issue, it's making the phone almost unusable. I don't have WiFi 6e which I believe some have found to cause similar issues. Is anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions? I've submitted several log to Samsung. One clue - it almost always (or possibly alway?) happens when using the Facebook app. Maybe coincidence, maybe not.

Yes I'm having the same issues! Not sure how to fix it! It's been going on for over a week now.

It would be helpful to know where the WiFi 6e is located, for someone who's not really tech savi!

@Fifer

I am sorry to hear you've been experiencing such issues 😕.

Have you tried reinstalling the Facebook app? You can also check if there are any available updates of the app.

Hopefully the issues you've been encountering on your device will be quickly fixed :hand-with-index-and-middle-fingers-crossed:.

@MartynaK Thanks. It was worth a try, but uninstalling and reinstalling Facebook hasn't helped. All my apps are up to date. It has happened twice today when the phone has been in my pocket not being used. I suspect now that it's something other than Facebook.

I don't think it's something you can turn off in your device, but it depends on the router you're using. If it's using WiFi 6e, maybe there's an option in there to use a different protocol for example WiFi 6.

In my case, my router is wifi 5, so it's not that. I don't believe it's WiFi related as the restarts have happened away from home when not connected to WiFi.
