Looks like started the rollout according to sammobile in USA 

Why have the participants of the beta test not been given first rollout would have confirmed if any issues were still around 

Need to up their act apple roll out to all phones in 1 day going back years

Yes agreed. In beta tests that it was for Nougat Oreo it used to be that beta testers got it first. We were always to expect full version by September. We are nearly in October. No sign of the stable version.

beta 7 hasn't been bad the rest of the betas was bad. I just can't wait for it to be over. I was hoping Wednesday would have been the day, but nope. It could come tomorrow or next week definitely, if it ain't out by next week I think people are going to get annoyed. beta testers should have gotten the stable version by now, I absolutely agree with that.

See id say the last beta has messed with the camera it was fine before it and now can't use zoom at all and the camera even glitches all the time can't wait for the stable release in the hope it fixes it

I'm guessing this is still the case, like we'll receive the stable version before everyone else in UK.
