Smart Suggestions Killing my Phone

My phone S21 Ultra has become so laggy. I checked Good Guardians and Smart Suggestions is eating CPU and Battery even though it is disabled. This is definitely a bug. How so I report this properly to Samsung?

Please report this via Error report in Samsung Members app 😊 Before you do so, please also try wiping cache partition to see if that fixes the issue
