Rcs chats in Google messages

Has anyone else found that rcs chats in messages has stopped 

It say its not avaliable for my device

Google messages app on play store press uninstall then reaply the update worked for me

I have the same issue. Reinstall didn't fix... (S23U)

I remotely disconnected the chat service using the below link, waited a few mins, cleared cache, uninstalled updates, reinstalled updates and it worked....
