"Recents" Issue

When swiping some apps away when using the gesture navigation on my S21 Ultra, some apps bounce back and I have to reswipe them.

I have that issue when i have tomtom open and i make a call then minimise the call and open the tomtom
Every few seconds the call jumps open again
