Quick Jump slider bar issue

In contacts app,

Slider bar that help to jump in different alphabet of contacts is not showing in beta 5.0 in previous 4.0 as well.

Yes it's there, just touch the dotted bar on the right and move up and down

Definitely there. If you just scroll slightly on contacts then a grey ticker tape appears for a few seconds at the right. Touch on it and scrolling up / down brings up alphabetical filter.
