Anyone know why all my products have disappeared on the members app. Need to log a fault with my washing machine but now can't find it . TIA

Hi @SonOfOdin unfortunately product information /registration was removed from the latest version of the Samsung Members App. whilst possibility an improved version is in development at the moment need to use another  method.  https://www.sammobile.com/news/new-samsung-members-app-update-takes-away-three-features/

If you go to product registration online and sign in under Product Registration you will see all products listed.

Thankyou. All done through the website. What a bad idea that was from samsung to get rid of that feature
