Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue with incoming calls showing as private numbers.
Please try checking the Phone app caller ID settings (Phone → Settings → Supplementary services) and ensure “Show number” or “Network default” is enabled. It may also help to reset network settings and check with your carrier that caller ID is correctly provisioned on your line.
If the issue continues, please report it via Samsung Members with logs so it can be investigated further.
